Missing NIC's

I have installed Windows 2008 server on 2 different hp blades (bl20p) and
both of them are only showing one of the Network Cards. Each blade has 4
NIC"s that are all the same but only one is diplayed and working. I see no
uninstalled adapters under the device manager. It's as if they aren't there
at all. The other 6 blades in the chassic are running Windows 2003 and are
showing all 4 NIC's.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What happens if you search manuel for new hardware and point always to the
NIC?

tried that, wizards works fine but nothing appears, its like its not even
there.
