I have a W2K web server that is multi-homed.

I recently notices that the Icons in the sys tray were missing. Thinking
that the "Display Icons" flag wa sturned off, I opend up My Network
Properties to find that the Icons for the two NIC cards are no longer there.
All that is there is "Add a Network Place".

I've re-booted. Still the same.

Anyone knwo whey this has happened?
Better still, know how to restore the icons in My Network?

It could be 3rd party software issue. Or this troubleshooting may help.
Ipconfig
Troubleshoot missing network connections icons · The issues of two
DHCP servers in the same LAN · The system has detected a conflict for IP
address ...
