missing ndiswan

Hi,

I have a Windows Me box which doesn't have ndiswan.
Several applications need it but I can find it anywhere.
The machine was installed by Gateway and Gateway only
provided disks to recover the machine i.e. no Windows Me disk.

Can anyone tell me where I can download a copy of ndiswan?
I did a few google searches looking for information but
didn't turn up anything useful.
