Missing MN-730 disk, unble to locate MS Broaband Utility...

All,
I have an MN-730 PCI Broadband adapter for my PC. After a
hard disk failure I had to do a clean install.
Unfortunately I am missing the CD that came with my MN 730.
PC is 100% otherwise. I have tried software update,
removing & re-connecing card, downloaded and attempted to
install Q815485_WXP_SP2_x86_ENU and MSBNDowload,exe, and
neither seem to have preovided the help I needed. Anyhelp
would be greatly appreciated.
