Missing Microsoft Terminal Services & Web Client Network

I have a few XP Pro systems that are missing Microsoft Terminal Services &
Web Client Network in the Entire Network under My Network Places. This is
also the case with one of my 2003 Standard Server Domain Controllers. Does
anyone know why?
