Missing iphlpapi.dll.

I am try to load a Linksys wireless card. I am getting an
error that says I am iphlpapi.dll.

I am a novice, so not sure what to do. It did ask me for
my windows98se CD, which I have lost
..

To fix the problem you either will need to provide the correct CD or look
for the Windows Setup files (several dozen files starting with WIN98 and
ending with the letters CAB) to provide the missing files.

Reinstall the card's drivers or use the update driver feature to restart the
driver install so Windows can put the files where it needs to.
