Missing GIFs from web page via Agent

I received an email announcing an upgrade to a software product. It
was originally in HTMl format and although I could read the text
version here in in Agent 1.93, I also launched the HTM file (using
Agent's Index>launch facility). But some of its GIFs are missing,
including a couple of important ones identifying buttons to click. I'm
puzzled why. Could this be one side effect of recently installing some
ad-blocking utilities, such as 'Hosts'?
