Missing dll file on dell wireless network utlity

I keep getting an error saying "bcmwltry.exe unable to locate component
application failed to start becasue bcm1xsup.dll was not found"

I dont have the drivers for this utlity how can I repair the file or ignore
the problem?

You can get the drivers at Dell's website for your specific model
machine. Look under Support.
