Missing AutoDial dialog in ICS setup.

When initially setting up ICS for my (dial-up) network,
there was a wizard dialog that asked: "Do you want this
computer to connect to the Internet when any network
computer needs access?". It seemed like a good thing to do
at the time, but I've come to regret enabling the feature
(various timer-based events in the networked computers
causes the host's modem to be constantly dialing).
Unfortunately, when I rerun the ICS Wizard, that
particular dialog is missing, so I'm unable to disable
autodialing! How do I now access either that dialog or
its target database?

Hello? Anyone? C'mon, I know I'm not the only person stuck
with a dial-up modem in their home network! (In this
remote area, I'm lucky to have the single line I've got)
