A client is looking for some recommended minimum hardware configuration for a
DHCP server (Win Server 2000 or 2003) that has to manage up to 300 thousand
IP addresses.

Any feedback or any links to MS documentation would be highly appreciated.

Sizing DHCP depends on Scope number, Lease TTL, Network
configuration....

One MS Document :

http://www.microsoft.com/windows2000...ngNetworks.htm

For servers sizing (performance), Professionnals feedbacks will be
better.
