Hello Everyone

Anyone in Milton Keynes know for sure they are on the trial?

I am in the Loughton/Great Holm/Crownhill/Two Mile Ash area, am hearing
people are now getting connected but they are just signing up in the usual
fashion - rather than specifically through the long reach Trail.

I would be interested to know if anyone has heard any more.

Regards

You can only join the trial via an ISP registered for the trial.
Full list is here: http://www.bb4mk.org/bttrial/isp.htm

Anyone else are simply recieving normal ADLS and not Trial Broadband - as in
their line would have supported ADSL anyway, trial or no trial. The first
lines for the trial don't switch on until the 1st of June!

Hi,

We've had a lot of interest in the trial, but as far as know no-one on the
trial is due for activation until next month.
If some people in the area are being successfully connected then it is
likely that they aren't out of the current ADSL limits as the trial is
only accepting people with a Red result on the line check.

That is all good info - thanks.

But someone I know 2 roads down that was showing red, just like me got it
about 10 days ago - and a mate showing red in Crownhill also now as it.
These 2 people were showing RED and always were.

I had BT out and they tested the socket in the house (about 3 or 4 months
back) and he told me no chance of Broadband. I think I will ask for a
re-test now, as I am confident something has changed.

Regards
