migration of users

I have set up a new 2003 network.
established a trust between my old nt network.
I would like to be able to migrate my users to the new network
and and take the old offline.
The networks are on different domains.

Active Directory Migration Tool. (ADMT)

I'm not sure if it is part of the "Tools" on the original CD, but if not you
can just hunt it down and download in from MS Site. Just be sure you read
up on it a lot,...things can get complicated,...don't do it wrong,...get it
right the first time.
