Migration Problem

Hi.

A friend of mine tried migrating from virgin to plusnet. Everything was
going smoothly, so he thought, until his ADSL was cut off by bt at the
exchange. The problem appears to lie with virgin that they terminated the
line instead of migrating it, even though he did not request it.

Now he's waiting to order from another broadband supplier. Just wondering is
there anything he can do to get back the costs he has incurred and the
inconvenience. I suspect nothing but just have to ask.

Dan

TBH I don't think Virgin support migration.
Lets face it, they give free activation and a 1 month account. They
would be stupid to allow migration since people would sign up for them
for a month and migrate to another one to cut the activation costs.
