Migrating user profile using USMT

Hello,

i want to move all my company employees to work with domain.
Currently we have 80 desktop that are working in workgroup.
i want to move to domain and to keep all the local user settings.
i read the USMT help but most of it relate to moving to new computer.
do you know the command that i need to run?
