Migrating from BT Engineer Install

Right heres the problem, im with IFB at the moment and Im trying to migrate
to Plusnet am i liable for:-

full BT installation which is £246

or

Migration fee which is about £40

I was told by Plus net initally that it was just a migration fee, but now
some at customer services seem to think that its a BT installation fee.

Anyone done this and can tell me what the fee actually is???

Hi,
I migrated from a BT engineer install with BTO tp A&A in January. The
cost was a migration fee of 50 (price may have changed by now). I obtained
by CBUK number, then quoted that to A&A for the migration. The whole
process took about 3 weeks, but the actual downtime was only an hour or so.
I believe Plusnet should be able to use the same process.
