Folks,

If I migrate my (19+) broadband accounts away from BT to another ISP how
much service outage can I expect in reality.

I appreciate all sites will need to reconfigure their router login
accounts and fixed IP addresses.

With migrations or regrades, I think the downtime is normally about
30minutes/1hour

Thanks - the reason for the enquiry (from another recent post) is that
BT managed to cut us off for 5 days during a 512k TO 2mbit regrade and
I've just about has enough of finding anyone at BT who knows or cares
anything about problem ownership.
