Microsoft Wirless Router Model MN-700

I have installed the Wireless system & can access the
internet okay....
I can also access my companies Intranet via AT & T Global
Network via VPN token.....

I can access outlook via the VPN & AT & T Global...

My problem is when I try to open a product we use for data
entry & retreival of customer information.....

I get the following error message........

--ERROR--FPA tpinit failed - tuxedo tperror 12 - NLS:4
Cannot open message catalog LIBWSC_CAT, set 1, num 1142;
check TUXDIR=.,English_United States.1252

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on how I could
get this problem solved???

What do your IT folks say about this error?
