Does Microsoft offer a wireless signal booster for it's MN-
700 Base Station? I am running a wireless G network but
there are some dead zones I would like to take care of.

There is no device from Microsoft that would do this (nor is there any
device that can do this without you cracking open the router and voiding
your warranty).

You can extend the range of the wireless g devices by getting another access
point and wiring it to the MN700 (and then set that device up in bridge
mode).
