Every time I try to open the MIcrosoft broadband network
utility I get a runtime error in the microsoft visual C++
runtime library. I thought installing the new updates and
the software will help fixing the problem but that was
not the case. ANy ideas o how to fix the prolem? I am
running the MN 700 wireless base station. everything
funtions correctly and I have a perfect connection with
the internet, just the utility will not run.

Amy help will be appreciated,

Juan

Do you have any skinning software running? or ATI's Hydravision? or Nvidia's
equilivant (i think it is called NView).

All these are known to interfere with the graphical display of the MS BNU
software.

You might want to try disabling these functions to see if it helps.

How are you trying to access the base station management tool, though the
BNU or in your browser directly with the base station IP? If the former,
use the latter and see if that works.
