Both computers on my local network can access Internet....But...
They can't access each other. File Sharing is turned on in both and they are
both on the same workgroup.
I can successfully ping to the laptop which is Wireless, but not from the
Wireless to the desktop, which is Ethernet.
The desktop successfully pings the Gateway (MN-700) device.

Here's output from ipconfig /all on desktop:

Hi
Successful Sharing involves some general consideration in Network settings,
http://www.ezlan.net/sharing.html
As well as specific adjustment of each computer according to what is allowed
to be shared.

nForce has a built-in firewall. You need to configure it to permit file
sharing.
