If I try to email with msn or my Camera's Hp software a
message come up saying network problems are preventing
connection to the microsoft exchange server. Contact your
system administrator.
This problem also happens if I use a short cut key on my
keyboard.
I can connect to the internet with outlook and explorer
just fine. So I know I have a connection. I have
contacted my ISP and so far they have been of very little
help, just stating they see nothing wrong.
Hope you can help.
Thank you
..

It would seem that your Outlook is trying to contact a MS Exchange Server
for mail delivery rather than use the POP mail account that your ISP has
provided to you.

You need to check the account settings in Outlook.

I have looked in my internet account settings my shaw
cable properties are set to POP3.
My Internet options Wizard looks like it is trying to do
the dail up thing that I use to have. I have change the
to the LAN option and finished with wizard as soon as I go
back in to my internet options the have been changed back
to the dailup garbage again. Someone suggested a virus,
trojan or spyware. I have bought McAFee's Virusscan8, I
have downloaded CWShedder, I have also use spybot and I
don't seem to have anything except some Eluza which
McAFee can't remove or quarantine. My ISP just keeps
telling me it must be a virus and they can't do anything
for me. I can't find a virus, so what next?
