Microsoft compatibility problem

Since I downloaded the latest windows update (I think it
was service pak 2), my microsoft wireless network doesn't
work and I get a message that there is a known
compatibility issue with this version of windows, contact
Microsoft Broadband Networking. I also kept getting
kicked off my comcast account when I went back to just
the modem and my one PC without the wireless network.
Help!
