Well, I've had a support request into Microsoft for why my router has
frequent disconnects.

They first told me to do a complete system reset of the modem and put
the settings back in.

I did this but no less than 20 minutes after doing so I was right back
where I started, router unresponsive and no connection to the internet.

So they tell me it is bad and to call the product replacement center
for a new one.

I call the product replacement center and they tell me it has been
discontinued and that they will give me my money back!

HOLY CRAP! They are essentially taking a loss here when simply fixing
the firmware would solve the problem!

So I guess instead of waiting for a solution, everyone just needs to
start a support case online with microsoft, get the router ruled bad,
then get your money back to get another router.

What a crying shame.....I really wanted this router to work. Great
looks, great interface.....how sad.
