In the Microsoft Broadband Network Utility on the right
of the window is a Network Device list. On my home
network I have a laptop named "ThinkPad." In the Network
Device list ThinkPad gets listed twice, but only one of
them is selectable. The other is sorta faded out. I can
right-click on it and remove it from the list, but the
next time the list refreshes, there it is again. Why does
this laptop show up twice?

Thanks,
Mark

Does your laptop have a wired nic and a wireless nic?
What happens to the "faded" one if you plug the laptop into your network via
your wired nic?
