Microsfot Networking Password Window

I have a home computer and whenever I boot up my computer
the "Network Passwrod for Microsoft Networking Windwo"
always comes up. I don't need it and would like to know
how to delete this application. If anyone knows how to
disable this I would be grateful. Thank you.
