Metronet Info Please

I have been looking at migrating to Metronet but have a few questions: is
telephone support premium rate, will I get free use of their smtp server, is
there news group access included, is the service reliable, fast, I'm
migrating from a 1Mbit service so would have to migrate to Metronet's 1Mbit
service but I would then like to upgrade to their 2Mbit service is there an
upgrade charge and finally could a Metronet user ping www.jolt.co.uk and
post the results for me

Most of this is on their web site. As a user of over 12 months I am very
pleased with Metronet, but I don't do online gaming. Usual disclaimer.
