Anyone out there got good or bad feedback from using Metronet, I've seen
that they are offering 2mbps @ 50:1 for 31.28!

Regards,

Ben

Been with them for 12 months on 512k service, no probs and good tech
support if you need it ( they even use Linux).
Usual disclaimer

Still, you have to agree that 36.75 ain't bad either? Do you know of any
others that you'd recommend?

I was previously on Blueyonder 512 mbps broadband and frequently had to call
tech support in the early days sometimes it took over an hour of hanging on
to get someone to talk to.

I went onto Metronet 512 mbps 50:1 in May this year and am very pleased with
the service which has become even more reliable as time goes on and my bills
have been much lower than BY.

BTW the price you quote is the ~maximum~ you would pay but if your usage is
less than 6636 mb then your bill will be less (plus VAT of course) are you
likely to be a heavy user?

Hi
Agree with the above, just moved to them as they are one of the few who
offer a service with no cap at a reasonable cost and fixed IP.
I did look at Plusnet but once you add fixed IP and uncapped there is no
cost saving to speak of.
