Metronet Experience

Hi All
We hear a lot about people who have problems when setting up an account -
I'd just like to put it on record how well setting up with Metronet has
gone.
Despite a long initial lag between reclaiming my phone line from NTL (boo
hiss) and it being registered as available from broadband connectivity with
BT - once I registered with Metronet, everything went very smoothly, and I
was connected very early on in the 2 hour window I was given yesterday
morning. Communications from Metronet are very human in their tone, and
non-too techy, without missing out the important bits.
So lets see how it progresses!

Although I don't use Metronet myself, I know of a number of existing
customers who would agree wholeheartedly with Dave. Peter M.

I've been with Metronet for 6-8 months - excellent service. Hopefully the
PAYG tag has put some people off. Us existing subscribers wouldn't want our
service spoiled by too many punters joining in :-)
