From the evidence I'm seeing it would appear that even though I've
migrated over to Metronet Today, and any supposed Traffic shaping al
la Plusnet would not be applied straight away it would seem that I'm
still seeing certain traffic shaping spookliy to the same speed as I
was getting at Plusnet.

NNTP transfers do not seem to be affected but HTTP based downloads
are.

The same workaround to defeat the IP specific web based traffic
shaping still works and gives full 2meg throughput.

Hi,

We haven't made any changes to how the Metronet network works. Ultimately
we will be integrating the two, but no changes have been made to date.
