How to merge 2 public IPs? I want to increase my bandwidth for internet...

Hii,

I have got two interfaces for internet. I have got 2 public IPs. Each
interface 128Kbit. And I want to merge these two interfaces.

First interface is called ADSL and I am using for connection wan mini port
(like as dial-up).
Second interface is called ISDN and I am using for dial-up for this.

I connect thease interface on same time. I think merge these interfaces with
NAT or ISA. I am working on NAT. I try two demand dial for these connectios.
And I connect these interfaces with NAT. But this is very hard way. I dont
try ISA Server. Can I do this with ISA?

If you answer me, please make very simple sentences. My english isnt very
well

You can't merger as such and get a total of 256 kbps.

You can however, share it, say half of the people will
route through 1 interface, and remaining half through other.
For this you set 'Out Bound Filters' . If you have 50
clients on your network, then for one interface allow first
25 (e.g. 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.0.25) and on the other
interface allow (192.168.0.26 to 192.168.0.50)

What you are trying to accomplish is called bonding. However you can't bond two different
technologies nor two different ISPs. To support bonding the ISP has to have hardware and
software to support bonding and you would have to have peer equipment. This idea was
dropped years ago. Supra had a dual 56K modem called a shotgun which supported bonding.
However few ISPs did and the product did not last.

Interesting that you would want to bond ADSL and ISDN. By its very nature, ADSL is
asymmetric in that the upload and download speeds are different. ISDN is symmetrical in
that the upload and download speeds are the same. ADSL is POTS compatible why ISDN is not.
So you must have two telephone lines one dedicated to ISDN and the other a voice or FAX line
that carries DSL.

For get about what you are trying to do. It just is NOT possible.

Hence "read the manual". Does sound like a neat device, especially for the
money. --- Steve
