Measuring mW

Out of curiosity, I'm wanting to know how many mW my router puts out. Is
there any way to find out?

Look in the manual, most likely under Specifications.

Find the FCC ID on the serial number tag.
Go unto:
<https://fjallfoss.fcc.gov/oetcf/eas/reports/GenericSearch.cfm>
and insert the Grantee Code (first 3 letters) and the Product Code
(the remaining gibberish). In the report, you'll find the power
output in the various modes. Note that it varies considerably between
modes (802.11b/g/a/n), channels, and bands.
