HI, I have 15 clients connected to a domain controller.
One machine is ME. when you turn on the machine you get
the Windows logon screen, once you logon you're at the
desktop but you're not logged in to the network. If you go
to start and then logoff, you get the Microsoft Logon
screen with the domain name and from there you can logon
to the network. I've checked and the machines are all
configured the same. How do I force the ME machine to
bring up the Microsoft Logon instead of the Windows. There
are no users setup under control panel, users and no
profiles. I mean it works and it connects but it's an
extra step to get it. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Using REGEDIT, open up the following key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\
Network\Real Mode Net

and delete the value named "AutoLogon" if it exists.

Reboot the system and that should do it.
