Without any information about how you've set up the network, it's hard
to say what's wrong.
The most likely problem is that a firewall on the XP machine is
blocking access from the ME machine. It could be XP's built-in
firewall or a firewall program (Norton, McAfee, ZoneAlarm, PC-cillin,
eTrust, etc).
