MaxGate brand router (2001) - UGate 3200P - need final firmwarebefore company went uinder!!

According to this page:

the last firmware for the UGate-3200P router was version 1203, and
dead links in wayback machine point to
http://web.archive.org/web/200202200...3200P_1203.zip.

Googling on UG3200P_1203.zip gets me nowhere. FTP search finds
nothing either.

Does anyone have a copy of this firmware or can point me to an
internet address to download it?
