The Max products are in trial at present, and not all ISPs signed up
to the trial. We're one of the ones that has done so.
There are very strict guidelines for participation in the trial, and
we have issued a 30 page document for interested customers.
It's a bit like a beta software release. You can take part, but there
are no guarantees, you're a guinea pig, and you're expected to report
on your experiences.
