Hi all. Is it just BT Broadband customers that will be upgraded
to 2Mbp/s, or will it be everybody, no matter which ISP you're
with?

Thanks, Alex.

It isn't just BT Broadband.

But it is ISP dependent. Many are going to upgrade everybody, many
others have not yet said anything about doing so.

It certainly is not something that BT are going to do regardless of
which ISP you are with.

The pricing structure means it can be everybody on IPstream, anyway. My
ISP did the free upgrade for me before Christmas...

It is up to each ISP to decide whether or not to go for it.

When BT Wholesale reduced their prices, ISP's were effectively left with a
choice of reducing their prices or doubling their speeds. Which do you think
most of them chose?
