Hi.

I have just ended my 10 day training period and it has been connected at
3424 during the day and 2880 after 7pm and it's been the same during the
whole period. My ip profile eventually went to 3000 but today it's down to
2500.

Is that to be expected because of the below 3000 sync speed on an evening?
Or will it go higher or is that it now?

I am still getting a constant download speed of 295 kbps So I am not
complaining after having 1mb for so long, just wondering.

Cheers

Simon.

Your suffering from a low SNR in the evening, this may be correctable
by you checking your internal wiring (main trick is to dosconnect the
bell wire at the NTE) but even if you do tweak it it may not make
enough difference to increase your speed

The bell wire has already been disconnected and the router connects straigt
to main box.

Looks like its all I will acheive. To be honest its not too bad getting
295kbps download speed compared to my 110kbps on 1 meg.

Cheers

Simon.

Max ADSL speeds will only ever go /down/ for any given session. Reboot
router to get it to re-train.
