Masterbrowser conflicts

Have laptop on wireless connection via D-Link card to Netgear Wireless
Router WGU 624 that is connected USB 2 to PC. Periodically get error message
Laptop has asserted control as master browser. My Pc then has to be
rebooted.

How can I set PC Router as permanent master browser
