master browser in wins

I just noticed my wins database has a entry as follows

name --__MSBROWSE__-
type 01h
IP 169.254.190.27

That would be a loopback address , how would that register?
I have a DC as a master browser.

Any ideas?

Hello MSnewsGroups,

169.254.x.x are APIPA addresses, if the machine is set to use DHCP and can
not find a DHCP server it assigned itself an ip address from that range.
It can be that one of your machines has more then one NIC.

Do you use static IP for the DC? Posting the result of ipconfig /all here
may help.
