master browser issues on network

in 2000 and XP i have edited the registry on all PC's to
no longer maintain server list and is not the domain
master. how do i do this in 95 and 98?

Go to Control Panel | Network, double click "File and printer sharing
for Microsoft Networks", and set Browse Master to Disabled.
