I have setup Terminal Server for my remote site and I can access it no
problem with Remote Desktop. However, as Outlook is running on the local
machine and I need sometimes some attechements from TS I like to map the
Terminal server as a network drive. However, if I try to map it I get an
error saying can not connect please check your network setting. 1. To map
the drive do the remote PC,s have to be in the Domain of the LAN in my head
office? If so how can I join them to the domain from the remote site. 2.
Where do I set the TS sharing and credidential in Terminal server so that I
can share it. Really appreciate your help. Thanks

You can't map the TS drive from your computer is there is no direct path
between them, but you can map the client's drive in your TS session.

Check the settings in the Remote Desktop client software.

Thanks,

So how do I send an email with Outlook, which is installed locally, and then
attach and attachement to it which is stored on the TS?
Thanks

In this case, you should setup VPN so that we can map the TS shared folder.
Alternatively, you may copy the attachment to the TS client first.
