Trying to map a shared folder from a Windows NT Professional in XYZ (Windows
NT 4) domain to a Windows Server 2003 in ABC domain (Windows Server 2003
ADS). Both are in different subnets. Can ping and tracert but to map should I
have the Trust relationship established between the two for me to see both
the servers?

Subnets are irrelevant

Trusts are required.
