Hello,

Joe here (again)

After fixing my slow connection to Server 2003 with an XP
machine I have now mapped the drives and all is great.

One Small problem

after I reboot the XP machine I have to manually
reconnect the drives. This means to retype password.

When I mapped them I did select to reconnect after logon.
and changed the user to my logon to the server.

Any settings here I need to be aware of?

Thanks
Joe

What did you do to fix the slow network access?

Hello Todd,

I removed the Crossover cable and put regular cat 5
cables in between with an 8 port switch.I then gave the
XP machine a static IP.

thanks
Joe
