mapped drives

Hi, I am having a problem with my mapped network drives
on one of the computers on our network. The user can open
the drive and open documents but when they go to save it
states the the drive no longer exsist, and when I check
it, it is remapped as F:. This happens on all of the
mapped drives including a jump drive we tested it on.
