Hello,

I have a windows XP pro client that has a mapped drive to a Windows 2000
server. The problem is that every now and then the mapped drive disconnects
on the client and I have to double click it a few times for it to get
resolved and reconnected. What could be the issue? is there a fix for the
problem?

Thanks for your help

Leo

The Hitch Hiker's Guide has not been an opera. It has however been a
tapestry, if you count a woven bath towel as a tapestry.

Each morning?? They aren't supposed to stay logged on all night when they
are gone anyway. All I would have to do is sneak into your building and
have a "hay-day" with you system and would be able to access any company
data that the user has access to,...and you couldn't trace me (short of
video cameras) because all the logs would show it was your user that did it.
