Mapped drive disappeared

In windows 98 running Active Directory client to Windows
2000 server, the mapped driver very easy to disappeared
during the day. (Not there anymore in the explorer, has to
remap it.)
Any suggestions/thoughts?

Make sure "reconnect at login" is checked.
