I am trying to map a drive to a share that has a space in the name. I am
trying to use %username% but it does not work. Is there a way to do
this. I can do it if I put the actual user name in quotes, but I really
need to use the %username% variable if possible.

Thanks

Have you tried "%username%"

Try this
net use * "\\server\%username%"
This will expand to "\\server\my user name has a space in it"
