It has been a while since I have done this. Try typing
this in a command prompt:
net use * \\servername\share \USER:Username
You should get a prompt for a password. The * will allow
the computer to select teh next available drive letter.
You can replace it with a driveletter:. in the
\USER:username the USER does not change just the username
