My pptp connection isn't working so I was going to remove it, but it will not
remove when I click on on "Disable Routing and Remote Access" I've stopped
it deleted it, but unable to remove it. I'd like to clean it up and then run
the wizard again to add the connection.

Hello Jeff,

Will the RRAS console show the server as stopped? The red arrow pointing
down? If you then choose "Configure and Enable RRAS" does the wizard appear?

Best regards

Yes, the Red arrow is pointing down and it is stopped, but the "Configure and
Enable RRAS" is grey out.

Yes. I just did that and it is still greyed out. Is there are registry
setting that I can change to enable the "Configure and Enable RRAS"?

Hello Jeff,

Try this out:
On the Start menu, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and
then click Services.
Click Routing And Remote Access, and then click the Stop symbol.
Click Remote Registry Service, and then click the Start symbol.
Click Routing And Remote Access, and then click the Start symbol.

Best regards

When I went to stop Routing and Remote Access it was disabled. Also, Remote
Registry was running, so I stopped and restarted it. I changed Routing and
remote from disable to Automatic and then started it.

I then disabled the server from within the routing and remote access MMC.

It is still greyed out.
