Hello Jeff,
Try this out:
On the Start menu, point to Programs, point to Administrative Tools, and
then click Services.
Click Routing And Remote Access, and then click the Stop symbol.
Click Remote Registry Service, and then click the Start symbol.
Click Routing And Remote Access, and then click the Start symbol.
