Well, there doesn't seem to be anything on the Ovislink web pile. I
went to the FCCID page to see if they had a manual. Ovislink has only
one device type accepted 5 years ago. Nothing since. If you're in
the colonies, it's not a legal device.
There's a PDF short form instruction sheet attached to the latest
firmware update at:

Not very extensive but it may answer a few questions.
